Any of them really.  London is so cosmopolitan that anywhere you go will be full of people from all over the world.  If you want to meet people though I would recommend a pub rather than a club.  In a club the music is too loud to chat and get to know people.  A nice club/pub hybrid is O'Neills.  O'Neills is a pub chain across the UK.  Check them out here: http://www.oneills.co.uk/home.php  Specifically, the one in Piccadilly Circus http://www.oneills.co.uk/pub_details.php... is a great location for an O'Neills that is a pub by day and a club atmosphere at night.  The central location attracts a large and diverse audience.  If you get there early (before 9pm or so) you can enjoy quieter chats and beat the cover, and hang out for when the bar becomes a club.  Have fun.  Cheers.
