It doesn't look like a L2 or an L3 cabin to me, L2 +L3 cabins are on deck 2, the car deck and should have an unobstructed view.

The cabin shown looks like it is on deck 5 with the window view obstructed by a lifeboat, which would make it a P2 cabin.
