Which college/university would u suggest that a foreign student who's interested in art or cooking should go ?

I m a college student in my country. wanna study abroad after graduate~Im major in journalism now, however... I was wondering if i could get some advices or informaion here about what i m really interested in, that is... art and cooking

I dont know is there any short term or...??master degree in this area??

The best cooking school in the US, and one of the best in the world, is the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, NY. They do not offer master's degrees, but they do short courses.

To my knowledge, there are no Master's degrees in cooking in the US. There are Masters in things like food business (MBA in hospitality management, for example), but not specifically in cooking. The only place I can think of that might have such a post-graduate course is Johnson and Wales University. You can check their website.

There are master's degrees in art, as well as short courses. To get you started in that direction, check the websites for these fine art schools, and see if anything appeals to you: Rhode Island School of Design, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Massachusetts College of Art, School of the Museum of Fine Arts (Boston), Parsons, Otis College of Design, Pratt Institute, School of Visual Arts, CalArts, and University of the Arts.

In the UK, you can also look at Central Saint Martins.
