Which colleges have the best Division I soccer teams for women?

preferably ones in texas, but any info is fine.

    1. UNC

    2. USC

    3. UCLA

    4. FSU

    5. Notre Dame

    6. Penn State

    7. West Virginia

    8. portland

    9. texas

    10. Tennessee

    UNC is the dynasty school. They have 19 out of 25 NCAA championships, so they are by far the best. However, they have slowed down in the recent years. Other schools have gotten a lot better. So, the D1 soccer has become a lot more well rounded.

    - teams that made it to the final four

    - stanford, unc, uva

    im not sure about texas teams?
