  1. I will tell you what I did 18 months ago.

I am raising two preschool aged grandchildren. Because they are grandchildren, I could not put them on my insurance until a Judge signed an order allowing it. The State of Florida dropped their Medicaid because I could not provide copies of their state issued photo I.D.'s (which you cannot get in this state because they do not issue photo I.D.'s for toddlers). I went round and round with the state for 3 months. I never lost my temper, I never got angry or used bad language and one day a state worker told me he could not help me and hung up on me.

The youngest grandchild is Special needs and I had to cancel many of her appointments because I could not afford them until her insurance kicked back in.

I sent my State Senator an e-mail detailing what I had been going through,  never expecting to hear back from him. I want you to know, that 4 hours later, at 5:30 p.m., on a Friday evening, the head of the State Children's and Family Services, along with my State Senator, not only called me back, but also reinstated the children's Medicaid. They have not been canceled since.

So I suggest that you find out who your State Senator is, get their e-mail address, and start there.

    Good Luck to you.

  2. Your Congressman. I am not aware of the FDA answering questions about medical supplies. A doctor could do this.

  3. You send the complaint to your Congressman and both your Senators. They are your representatives in government.
