Which comics animation softwares are used for the professional studios?

i havea proyect for a comic, ist just an idea, but i wanna know which programs are used for the studios to animated comics

Where I work we use a custom made animations tool, the programmers keep adding to it when we need a new feature etc.

But most companies use Toonz, Toon Boom Studio, Animo and some low level animations use Macromedia Flash.
