I know he gave his bagman Rezko (who was not even in his district) money that was supposed to be spent on housing for the poor.  It wasn't.  If he has ever done anything good, it is by far overshadowed by his evil deeds.

One of the few things he has done in the US Senate is earmark money for his wife's employer who was so grateful they gave her a 325% raise.  He also managed to vote "Present" 130 times and vote for all of Bush and Cheney's bill including FISA and the Patriot Act.  Not bad for a man who has been campaigning ever since he was fradulently elected with no opposition.
