Almost all companies would require them but they must have got some extra ordinary skill set or worked on some good projects which the company requires.

Try forwarding your profile to various consultancies.

Also since you will be working from home there is constraint that you must work only bangalore based companies you can even approach IT companies in Hyderabad and Chennai.
