Which company is best for full bleed staple, office max or Kinko's?

I'm looking to print something on 11x17 full bleed.

I would suggest going to Kinko's because it uses a copier/printer that prints out on 11 x 17 full bleed print.

Now, I'm not so sure of how customer service is so explain exactly what you want to achieve with your prints and ask if they can give you an example of a print.
