Check out Dr. Ohhira's "fish oil", it's made from all seeds like flax, etc.  It's completely vegan. I take them everyday.

You want to avoid gelatin but you'll take FISH oil?  That doesn't even make sense.

If you're looking for vegetarian-friendly omega-3, take flax seeds or flax oil, or you can find veg-friendly capsules of marine microalgae (this is where the fish get theirs, might as well go to the source.)

Since you are clearly a vegetarian that eats fish. Which a lot of people are the same way. The only thing I think you can do is get fish oil that isn't in capsule at all. Like in liquid form and add it too a protein shake of some sort or just eat a tablespoon of it everyday. I doubt you are going to find  a capsule for the fish oil that is vegetarian. I think the fish oil itself might be too dense for a veggie capsule. Or just eat flax like someone else mentioned.
