Which company now owns the shaw farm carvery, essex?

Shaw farm was originally owned by scottish and newcastle who in 2003/4 sold all thier pubs to spirit group who in turn was bought out by punch taverns. I know punch has since sold the lease to another pub company but don't know which one.
