Which company offers the best vitamin supplement in terms of nutrition?

Most supplements in the stores are synthetic vitamins. In other words, they isolate the vitamin from the food and process it into a vitamin pill. Your body can't absorb the nutrients and it goes right through you.

It's easy to take, doesn't taste too bad and it works.
