Which company to use to incorporate my business?

I was wondering if someone could tell me if they have reliably used any company (like legal zoom or incorporate etc) to incorporate a Corporation in Delaware. There are lots of them when I google search for but I want to know if there are any reliable ones and also reasonable cost. There is one called Freeregisteredagent but it the same one that had trouble with clients earlier so it changed the name. So, i do not trust these kind of companies. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I would like to know from people who have used the service in the past for incorporating a company and also used a registered agent. Thanks

  1. You don't need to waste money with these types of companies, you can incorporate yourself.  Simply contact your Secretary of State's Office for the forms to complete.  In my state it can all be done via the internet - it took me about 15 minutes to complete our online questions and payment.  If you really feel uncomfortable calling your state's office for instructions, then call a local business bookkeeper or accountant.  It is much better to conduct this type of business with a someone you can meet face-to-face rather than possibly getting scammed by some internet company where you never meet the person who is filing your paperwork for you.

    Best wishes.
