Which company was the first to make paper towels and toilet paper?

Scott Paper Co. sold paper towels beginning in 1907.  In 1931 they were introduced for kitchen use.  Toilet paper was made first by Albany Perforated Wrapping Paper Co. in 1886.

Toilet paper was made in the late 1800s at least; we saw it mentioned in a western we saw a couple of years ago - but they didn't call it that.  I can't remember the exact phrase they used but it took up a few minutes to realize what they meant - it was a miniseries and I think Robert Duvall was the actor who took it and went off into the bushes!
