  1. There are 20 amino acids (see link) and the closest one I found to yours was Proline.  It can be coded for in 4 diferent ways...

    CCT, CCC, CCA, CCG

  2. Hydroxyproline is added to a protein by post-translational modification of the amino acid proline, it does not have a codon of its own.

    Proline is coded for by the codons CCA, CCC, CCT and CCG
