The general rules about the boiling points of alkanes is that the lower the molecular weight and the more branching a hydrocarbon has, the lower it's boiling point will be. Neopentane is a fully saturated hydrocarbon (pentane) with 4 branches (methyl groups). It, therefore, will have the lowest boiling point.
