To make a movie like that you would have to download a program that can make flash movies. Most of them are not free and cost alot of money. Such as the Micromedia Flash program costs $699.00

First you want Adobe Flash for the animation part, and then you can use Movie Maker to edit, or the best movie editing program for consumers...Adobe Premiere.
