About 87% of the worlds population lives in Asia and despite many religions that forbid meat consumption, the sheer number of people  means a whole lot of meat eating going on. And you would be surprised by what "meat" is in many traditional Asian diets.

Hint: every part and I do mean EVERY part of the pig for example is used.
