Which converters come with tivo or dvr like functions? Where can I buy them & how much do they cost? Thanks!?

radio shack will be selling converters with dvr a am not sure of price though but i know for a fact they will have them . i really dont know when they will be released but they are made by dish or echostar same thing.

last fuction day for analog tv without converters is feb 18 2009 0r so the government says.
