Which cosmetic surgery is better (nose), rhinoplasty(implant) or injection(filler)?

although the injection cant last long, it doesnt matter as long as it looks better, but now i'm not sure which is better

As for your question, it would depend on what you are trying to accomplish.  For example, if you are trying to correct a 'beak' nose, a filler in the bridge area of the nose sometimes works wonders.  You will have to have the filler injected every few years, but for the most part, it suffices.

If on the other hand, you are trying to correct the size or basic structure of the nose or nasal cavities, only rhinoplasty (nose job) will work, and it lasts a lifetime.

Definitely NOSE. People mostly look at your face not your b***s. ( I hope not LOL)

My point is having a nose done is better since its always the center of attention when you talk to someone. Literally it is in the center of your face.

I can't wait till i have $8,000 to get a nose job here!
