  1. Chicago (UNITED STATES), Madrid (SPAIN), Rio De Janeiro (BRAZIL) & Tokyo (JAPAN) have been shortlisted as the final 4 cities bidding to the the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. the International Olympic Committee (IOC) will announce the winning host city on 02 October 2009 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
