Which countries do not have mosquitos? And at what times of the year is this?

As far as I am aware, there is no country in the world that does not have mosquitoes. There are many hundreds of types of mosquito, but only three of them carry diseases which can harm humans. Even in Alaska, the mosquitoes are as large as bullets!
