all countries operate within that range..... usa is 120v a/c 60 hz and europe is 240v a/c 50 hz..... what you are reading is the input voltage on an auto-transformer which automatically adjusts it's output voltage to whatever the input voltage is, as long as it is within that range... you'll just need the correct plug type for whatever country you're going to.
