  1. I don't know but let me know when you find out

  2. I know Amsterdam has. Not sure about too many others.

  3. Canada

  4. jamaica, amsterdam (the netherlands), mexico just legalized small amounts, most third world countries haven't developed drug laws. if you are traveling specifically for weed, it grows everywhere in jamaica, and you can get it free, but the highest quality in the world is in amsterdam, but it's very expensive.

i would recommend you go to the cannabis cup in amsterdam when it starts.

  5. holland for one, most other countries just declasify it as class c,possesion is legal in small quantities,It's legal to grow in Adelaide(two plants per household) in Australia and Nimbin(also Australia) is offially illegal but the law lets the hippies smoke and sell all they want. They have an annual weed festival.(I've never been so stoned)

  6. amsterdam,

    duh.

  7. Google it cause I have no idea don't use the stuff..

  8. I don't believe any country has legalized marijuana.  I think every country might be the same as the Netherlands (which contains Amsterdam) where it is "illegal, but no punishable."

    So...technically...that means it's legal?

  9. Not holland/netherlands. The use of weed has been decriminalized. Ie: if you're caught with small amount, the police let you go. Growing is still illegal, coffee shops operate in a legal grey zone.

Not canada either, it's only legal in certain circumstances(medical use, etc.)

  10. Americans think Amsterdam is a country... bahaha
