Which countries import these resources the most (besides U.S.)?

(U.S. is probably #1 in all, so just name off the 2nd, & 3rd)

I would assume that China and India are near the top in some of these categories because they are growing very quickly.

1)I think this graph will help you with the importing oil question.  It says that the US is the number one, followed by Japan and South Korea.

2)Here is a page with your answer half way down under trade,  it says that the E.U has the most fish imports (because all the countries in europe are counted as one now) followed by the U.s and Japan tying for #2 and china behind them. with all other nations taking up the rest of the pie.

3)Check the same site for wheat imports.

4)This site has some of the answers to the technology question, though I feel that it is lacking something.

The question of textiles is complicated by the trade quotas many countries have. This might be a good site to ask you question about textile imports.
