I did a short check for you and for the Schengen zone, which is most of continental Europe you do not need visa, nor do you need one for the UK, (England and more.)

For Belarus you do not need a visa (and that is one of the countries many people need visa for,) but the Russian Federation does requires visa.

If you intent to travel to Europe you can and should double check on the site of the embassy of the country you intent to fly to.
