I have minor criminal convictions and want to move from the current country (NZ) that I reside in to Bahamas, South America, Europe or Asia - anyone know which countries will allow an otherwise solid citizen take dual residency. I do not need an income as my work is internet based and is lucrative. Charges are very minor - in most places non-crimes (New Zealand Police run on a "quota" system so they need to meet numbers or prove an escalation in crime for our govt. to meet or surpass current set budgets - a good way of maintaining and increasing funding is to enforce trivial infractions or make them up - you will find this out when you move to New Zealand).
