I like everything, but I love getting Korean, Thai and Vietnamese especially.

American. We take the best of everything, then deep fry it!

Seriously though, Japanese or Thai. I could live on sushi alone, and Thai food has the best flavors. I've started adding sriracha sauce and lemon grass to so many dishes after buying a Thai cookbook.
