  13. Tough one.  My personal favorite is Italian food.  There is a lot of variety in the ingredients and techniques from region to region, and it's all out of this world.

  14. Give me a bowl of pho (Vietnamese beef noodles) or a juicy, tender medium-rare steak (preferably Ruth's Chris) any day, and I'd be the happiest guy.

  15. definitley south east asia!

  16. For me, its a toss up betweem Indian, Chinese and Mexican

but if I'd have to choose, i'd have to go with Indian.

    Hmm... Tandoori Chicken

  17. Mexican or Tex-Mex are both excellent with plenty of choices of tortillas and salsas.  Follow that with a Corona with a slice of lime in the top of the bottle neck. Good choice of rice meals and please, please discover Cilantro

  18. Chinese is my vote, but then I'm biased.  Given the range of cuisines within China (northern Mandarin, Cantonese, Szechuan, and who knows where else?) and the long history of cooking for royalty and commoner alike, there ain't nothing like it. My cousins and I drove up to Toronto, just to get to Markham and all the Chinese restaurants up there! The xiao lung bao, the salt & pepper shrimp, the roast duck, even the jook (rice porridge) was delicious! I felt guilty leaving and leaving all that delicious Chinese food up there!

Then there's dim sum, where all the delectible dumplings and yummy morsels of food you want rolls by in little carts.  I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

  19. I'd have to say the U.S., but only because we have immigrants from every country on the planet, so our cuisine encompasses all of them.  Man, we are lucky!

  20. China's

  21. China's. It accepted in almost everywhere in the world.
