  1. The phrasing "most compatible" is a bit awkward in my opinion but for the purposes of the question it appears to mean "closest to a ratio of 1.0" and the answer is indeed Canada.

    (Especially true if you are looking for the answer to "Professor's Weekly Trivia Challenge for May 28" as I just confirmed the proper answer!)

  3. I agree with last answer. But it does vary. 10 years ago, the $CDN sunk to about 0.6 $USD,

    Right now, we are at about par.
