Which country are you living in and have you ever heard of Malaysia???

i'm just curious...

i've been 2 USA and it's like no one know anything about us except 4 some people...

if you do hear about us, what is it about???

Yes, I've been to Malaysia.

I didn't like that they went after Anwar Ibrahim and the chief of police beat him up.  

Also there is too much anti-Americanism propaganda.  Also the racism against Indian and Chinese minorities is distressing.

Otherwise, it seems like a nice place with good people.

Hi `mark's girl,

I live in England and I have certainly heard of  Malaysia.  My son and his family recently spent 6 weeks there, in Singapore.  They had a wonderful time there.

They met a man who looked after the horses at the zoo and although he was Singaporean the found out that he had spent his childhood in Solihull, where they live and that he went to the same school as my grandchildren.

How is that for a little story.

The world can be a small place!!!!

Also they said how clean everywhere was and how lovely the people are.

Also Thailand, Korea,  Vietnam, Hong Kong, Bali.

Wonderful places that I would like to visit, but probably will not get the chance.

It's not just Malaysia--I was talking to a person from Melbourne, Australia--he was upset that people were shaky about Australia!

Strange question...yes I've heard of Malaysia. We had an exchange student in high school from there. I am from Canada and know lots of people who have went there on business and on holiday!
