Which country has a very good weather conditions as warm as africa and is cheap to study engineering?

i'm looking to leave russia for a warmer country, that is not very expensive to study in.

If you want to study engineering, and looking for a reasonable university, there are some warm climate countries that you can go to such as India, Thailand, Malaysia or Singapore. I suggest that you do a little research first for what type of engineering that you want to do, then look up the country whether it is politically and economically stable and so forth. Good luck!

I think Australia is not so cold or even Zambia it is in Africa and it is quite warm.
