throughout histrory, the united states has dominated the united kingdom fighters in the ring. there have been some exceptions joe calzaghe and ricky hatton are recent examples.

The UK has more ring maginzine champions right now. But Americans have had the better talent pool for the last I dont know how many years.

Judging from the amount of boxing talent now and back then, I would have to say the US.

But good boxers aren't restricted by thier nationality and every country has great fighters

America does without a doubt!Here in England the boxing scene is very much second rate and boxing rarely gets any real coverage except when a world championship is on.The other aspect is boxers here by and large are not truly hungry fighters in the sense of Ricans,Mexicans and some of the poor city's in America.We are a socialist state and true hungry fighters simply don't exist like USA or south America Philippines etc,go to a lot of amateur contests here and you see the boys mum and dad at ringside cheering on their well fed son and with a big car outside,different world!

In my opinion USA has better boxer. Mayweather, Shane Mosley theres a lof more.

2. Philippines vs. Mexico= Philippines won 5-1 also, Manny Pacquiao owning Mexican every fight lol. a lot of Filipino boxers beat Mexican boxer.

3. Mexico or Puerto Rico they have a lot of great boxers.

for its size the UK produces better boxers than the US.  i think they have more world champions which is quite impressive considering they only have a 50 mil populatin and are not even big boxing fans like cuba and mexico, they prefer soccer
