look at the stealth bomber.

It just seems like a huge leap in technology. Going from the fighters to a thin plane that can break the sound barrier (I think) and cant be detected on radar.

Nope - No Space Vehicles - no creatures from another planet.

Think - the technology to move through space and the distance to even the nearest star is in no way related to the technology to move an aircraft through an atmosphere. And why would little green men have a system specifically to shield from our radar. If they are trying to hide from us they are doing an awfully poor job according to the ufool-ogists!!!

No, I don't believe this. Utter fiction. Answer would be no country. Prototype craft have been developed in the states (based on 'the idea' of flying saucers and hovercraft tech) but they failed miserably and had no advantage over conventional aerodynamics. There is also the whole bob lazar conspiracy rubbish, (another disgruntled worker trying to make a name for himself). I blame George Adamski for the whole pop cult flying disk explosion,

Eitherway, I think flying disks have always been a human invention, so ironic question :-)

There is no evidence any country has replicated technology from vehicles from other planets.  There is no evidence that any such vehicle has visited Earth, or even exists.  There are only lots of rumors and innuendo from people who very much want to believe that aliens visit Earth and that the evil Guvermunt is keeping it all a secret for their own purposes.

The B-2 bomber derives from technoogy lineages stretching back to the 1940s.  To people who study and work in the aerospace industry, the B-2 is definitely advanced, but not inexplicably so.  Every aspect of its design, construction, and operation has some precedent somewhere in the industry, either in working technology or in research.
