Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport(SJU) in San Juan, Puerto Rico is the largest & busiest airport in the caribbean. Over 10 million passengers per year.

Also by caribbean do you mean only the islands? Becuase caribbean sometimes includes the caribbean coasts of Mexico and South & latin America.

Barbados' airport gets 2 million people per year. I don't think it is the busiest. But it must be up there.  (Afterall its like an air hub for the Eastern Caribbbean.)
