I think I saw a story on like 20/20 or something saying that Denmark is rated as the highest.  I think also Iceland is right up there...for sure not America

It depends upon your measure of quality of life...gnp vs. health care, satisfaction rates, etc....different measures, different results.  Start there...(or suicide rate?)

I belive Japan has the highest life expectance because they have smart scientics who create the best remidees for diseases in their country!
