believe it or not, the USA is up there on that list. 12% of Americans didnt get enough to eat in 2007 meanwhile, less than 2% of the population controls over 90% of the wealth.

I think you're going to have to look to oil countries. Saudi Arabia is certainly up there.

According to the UN and the CIA, it's Namibia.  Although they have a relatively high GDP per capita ($7000), 35% of the population lives on less than $1 a day, and 55% on less than $2.
