Which country have no tax for the company activities?

I want to register a company about ecommerce .The place of company is not matter

Any body knows which country have no tax for the company activities?

The company's income will be from the USA and this is important that country not to be in list of USA limitation law.

The USA taxes any income from the USA, with a few narrow exceptions, mainly related to retirement accounts.  Registering in another country will not allow you to avoid U.S. taxes on income from the U.S.
