This question is too vague.  

I like cruising from American Countries, when possible,  because I want to support America (as an American).

I don't cruise on Norway registered boats (they still hunt and butcher whales).

There a cruise out there for virtually every budget and every interest, so take some time and look around.

Caribbean sea for all the islands in West Indies and the Far East.

In my opinion, countries where there are a lot of areas that it is hard to get to via land.  Greece, for example, or the Virgin Islands.

One of the best areas to cruise is the South Pacific and Australia / New Zealand -- all are islands and there's an amazing difference in what you can do at each port.  Clear aqua waters, warm temperatures, friendly people.... fantastic experiences!
