Which country is best in Business Studies?

I am Irirsh national but ethnicity is eurasian persian.

I have done my Business Administration Diploma from Holmesglen Tafe Melbourne Australia.

So i am further planning to go to UK.

Is this a good decision or should i prefer Australia
