Which country is better economically El Salvador or Costa Rica?

in economy... i have to say those are two very different countries but costa rica is wealthy because of tourism doing so well in the country, el salvador is doing good because of business i think they say that, that is the business capital of latin america or something like that (i read it on the news somewhere) because everybody goes there for business proposals... but costa rica is wealthier...
