Which country is better for a Black woman to live

Which country is better for a Black person to live in outseide of America. Bachekors degree, 2 kids, betteer version of America...How abiut Canada or France? Cost of living, less invasive government and police....No racism

Do you know French?  Without that, it could be a tough move.  Not knowing french could be an isolating feature if you're not living in a big city like Paris.  There are also some issues with racism there I hear, due to the illegal immigration from Africa.  It's sort of similar to the issues of the hispanics in America.

Canada is closer geographically, which is nice.  It means you could still keep in contact with friends and family back in the states more easily than you could in Europe.  It's also largely English speaking, which is a bonus.

Cost of living is close to the same.  We have higher taxes in Canada - you  should be aware.  But health care is essentially free for residents.

I was just reading in McLeans Magazine (which is the Canadian equivalent of, maybe, TIME magaine) - Canadians take more vacation time, are slightly better paid, work.  You might want to check it out.  I just thought since you want "America, but better" the article might strike a chord.

Canada is good place, it has a high quality of life, there's some good education programs such as French Immersion and Enrichment, as well as lots of scholarship oppurtunities. Plus there's free health care. I don't think there is a lot of racism there either. Anyway, while yahoo answers may give you a general idea of where you want to live, for your final opinion of you what country you want to live in you should probably go to an expert not relying too much on yahoo answers.

Maybe Australia or Canada. Obviously you aren't aware of the blatant racism in France towards blacks.
