Which country is better for medical studies?

i am a singaporean and wants to pursue studies abroad. therefore, i would like to inquire which country is better for med. studies. i am looking for a good college but the tuition fees must not be too high, or they must offer high scholarship. and, the accomodation + living expenses shouldn't be too expensive. kindly reply and give me a suggestion of a college. i am thinking of princeton, but i am not sure what it majors in. i am interested in medicine, specializing in cardiology.

i'm from South AFrica and apparently it is very good to study here because you get almost first hand experiance to all known and sometimes unknown dieseses.. people from other countries are commming to study here for the same reason.. so considering this fact which university, across the globe, would you suggest studing in?
