  1. Most likely Cuba. They have an estimated 170,000 Chinese-Cubans living in Cuba. Even Havana has a Chinatown district.

  2. They're are millions of Chinese living in Jamaica(OUT OF MANY ONE PEOPLE)...they're even in parliament.

  3. The phrase (as far back as I heard it.)  was used to refer to Trinidad and Tobago....

This was first stated around ~1996 or so...  During the huge downturn in the Asian countries.  At the time Hong Kong was the darling economy of Asia.  Trinidad and Tobago was just having the start to their boom.  The UNC had just gotten in and there was all kinds of Media attention on Trinidad and Tobago because the first Prime Minister of East Indian decent had been elected....  So for example I think it was the New York Times and I think either the Washington Times or Washington Post had a bit about Trinidad having I think 4-5% growth (year over year) and how T&T stood out in the Americas and stuff.  And all this came after the UNC government paid for a big spread in the Washington Times to promote brand "TNT"...  Anyway a few editors from the US papers saw the phrase "Hong Kong of the Caribbean" in the T&T government's promotion and they began to republish it all over.....

This was one of the paid spreads done by the UNC government in a few US papers.
