Which country is sell the use water to instead of the oil fuel car?

No need to use oil as fuel but instead of use the water. We live in tawian. Is it possible and suitable to import to our country to sell and use? Many thanks for your kind help.

you don't need to import water, any water will work.

This is not available from any country, nor from any company.

There are people selling  kits that in their statements will allow you to convert a car to use PARTLY water.

There are hydrogen fuel cells available from Ballard fuel cells that can be used to provide electricity if you have a supply of hydrogen.

And with adequate electrical power you can create that hydrogen from water. Containing and transporting that hydrogen is still a problem.
