I would tend to agree with the answer from Siva M.

India has high quality medical schools at a fraction of the tuition of medical schools here in the United States.  One proof of this is the huge amount of Indian doctors who are educated and trained in Medical Schools in India and then afterward many Inidans who have graduated from Medical schools there come to the USA and pass the Medical exam for foreign doctors and then they are certified to practice medicine in the USA.  

Also the skills of many Indian Doctors are superb because they tend to deal with a patient as a whole entity and also bring to the medical practice a knowledge of the power of the body to also heal.  They have also learned this from their ancient medical practices along with top notch western medical training.  

So I think that India might be your best bet and also English is spoken there so if you are from an English speaking nation this will help you in your meidcal studies.  

But the beiggest benefit is the low cost of medical studies as compared to the tens of thousands of dollars it costs over here in USA

Certainly India. I live in india  though I stay  in usa 6 months every year.From my experience I feel India is best place for Medical study and cheaper comparitively.

The University of Toronto is considered by many to be one of the finest medical programs in the world.  Highly credited, amazing professors, huge faculty; supported by world reknown hospitals all connected to the university.  Sick Kids, Mount Sinai, Princess Margaret...they all connected to the school.
