I wouldn't single out any one country at the moment, there is conflict and danger all over the world. Georgia, Iran, Lebanon, quite a few of the African countries, especially Zimbabwe.............

USA without a doubt.  They seem to be power crazy and think they should invade any country whose policies they don't agree with.  The slightest excuse and they invade.

Even being their allies doesn't help - they are so trigger-happy that friendly fire is a regular occurrence with them.

At the moment the US are, they are pushing Russia's resolve with these missile installation's along their borders. It's such an aggressive move & threatens world peace if only they could see it :)

Russia, because they have just threatened to use nukes on us if we put our missles in Poland. Those other countries are scared of them invading, as in Georgia.

USA. Poor leadership, Unpredictable foreign policy, careless and random use of military force. Corrupt intelligence establishment. Bureaucratic infighting, considers civilians a collateral damage, is bankrupt. has an addiction for other country's oil. Is paranoid that it will be attacked , has a national philosophy of warlike jingoistic behavior.
