  1. Australia

  2. Australia - Any day, anywhere - They happen to be the best side in terms of a combination of talent and consistency.

  3. In order of toughness:

    1) Ausralia- South Africa

    2)Sri Lanka

    3)India

  4. C)Sri Lanka.

  5. B) Australa

  6. Australia ! any doubts in that?

  7. australia

    s.africa

  8. 80% Australia & 20% SOuth Africa

  9. Australia. They have a very good 'at home' record.

  10. Australia is ruled out -  India beat them on their own soil.

    So is Sri Lanka

South Africa beat India in India.

India are very hard to defeat on our own soil. Only we can play on our pitches.

So it's either India or South Africa.

  11. its australia by a lot...they're fortress stamford bridge of cricket....havent lost a series for many  yrs...agree their pitches suit their fast bowlers, their batsmen and wk practice on it and r used to them....they had warne filling the spinner's role so they didnt have to worry too much abt spin-friendly pitches

india wud be second...bt last 2-3 yrs the've only got draws

  12. South Africa....... because in one dayers RSA umpire give favour to their players on crucial moment

  13. I would say Australia. They haven't lost a Test series at home since 1992-3.

All the countries you mention are difficult to beat at home, but as Australia have beaten all of them on their own soil, you have to go with Australia being the toughest (home and away).

And I know that many people will say that India were the moral victors in the recent Australia-India series, but unfortunately the record books don't show moral victories.

  14. Definitely Australia. Their pitches are all suited for their fast bowlers and the batsmen are very well suited to their pitches! Other teams find it really hard to beat Australia in Australia!

  15. Its between South Africa and Australia. But I think the aussies will come out just above SA on this one!

  16. On basis of last 4 years (2004-present) :-

    ODI

    India - 26 wins/19 losses

    Australia - 33 wins/12 losses

    Sri Lanka - 19 wins/9 losses

    South Africa - 31 wins/5 losses

    TESTS

    India - 8 wins/5 losses

    Australia - 21 wins/1 losses

    Sri Lanka - 15 wins/2 losses

    South Africa - 11 wins/8 losses

After these facts,Australia is answer but If India beats Australia in October, then we could see a change.

  17. i would say who are these teams playing against?

If south africa is visting Sri lanka, than Sri lanka will knock them 5-0! manily because all the pitches are turning..and medis, and mulri would rack the top and middle order within 20 overs.

Australia would be my pick because they are very good home or away. but my fav team is India because they could beat a team when no one expects them do..
