Assuming we are still around by then, I would say China and Russia. They have growing economies, large populations, and military power. That doesn't mean they will be ideal places to live, but their strength will be formidable.

China. The US may retain military might then, but China is not reluctant to develop militarily, while India is.

China and India will be battling, perhaps with Brazil, for the economic top spot. The US is already 5th or 6th.
