Which country should I travel to for work?

I want to work overseas but am finding it really hard to find a suitable country. Does anyone have any overseas job websites or info that would be useful to me? Or any personal experience, I like China and America in particular?

P.S. I live in Australia

How long do  you plan to stay? Is your job in a special field that they can't find a local to fill it? Perhaps you can be an English teacher in China because they are looking for English teacher. In the US, it could be more difficult unless the company you work for is willing to sponsor you. If you're a good actor in Autralia, you can find job here in the US like Heath Ledger, Nicole Kidman,, Nioma Watts, Russell Crowe or country singer Keith Urban etc...
